Returns Policy

 

Change of mind:

  1. No change of mind returns and refunds for opened items. 
  2. Refund only available for faulty items, can take up to 10 working days. 
  3. Email: sales@plugit.com.au – for any pre-sales enquiries or special pricing for bulk orders. Our friendly team will help you select the right product and solutions for you and your business.

DOA / Faulty Under Warranty Returns:

  • We will provide replacements for DOA and faulty under manufacturer’s warranty items. Replacement can take up to 3 weeks, as it is dependent on the vendor. 
  • Once we receive the item, if you would prefer a store credit or refunds, please make sure to request this when filling out the return application form. Refund can take up to 2 weeks.
  • Please note, we are not able to provide immediate replacements or refunds on all products - many products need to undergo assessment and repair under warranty.

Steps to lodge a warranty claim with us:

 

  • Contact via email – support@plugit.com.au our team will call you back and they may troubleshoot with you.
  • Once it is established that there is a fault with the item, we will arrange with you for the faulty goods to be returned to us. We could either arrange a pick-up or we could send you a replied paid satchel (it is on us). 
  • When returning the item, it is important to ensure: 
  • The hardware is packed well to avoid any in-transit damage.
  • Please be sure to include a copy of your purchase invoice.
  • We also require a description of the fault with the item. If you are unsure, please email us.
